1. How do I make a purchase on fashionflutters.com?
You can make purchases using the following

You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on fashionflutters.
2. Are there any charges when I make a payment on fashionflutters.com?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with fashionflutters.com. We offer free delivery for orders within India. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
3. What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for orders worth more than Rs 1000.00 within India. For International orders and orders worth less than Rs 1000.00 within India, delivery charges shall be applied as per order and destination.
4. What is Cash on Delivery?
With "Cash on Delivery" or COD, you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on fashionflutters.com.
5. Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase?
The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs 25,000.00. You will have to pay the bill amount to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note that COD is available in all major cities and selected other cities within India. COD charges are applicable for orders worth less than Rs 2000.00. We do not accept any foreign currency as payment against a COD order.
6. How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order?
Add items to your cart. Hit proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Cash-on-Delivery. Click to Place Order button, Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen. To serve you better and provide fast delivery, fashionflutters team may contact you via email/phone for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in next 48 hrs from the time of order placed. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
7. Can I pay by Cheque / Demand Draft upon delivery of my item?
No, our COD partner will only accept cash payment at the time of delivery.
8. How do I pay using a Credit card?
We accept all VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards. To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digits CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card). After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on fashionflutters, you will be redirected to the Bank's page.
9. How do I pay using a Debit card?
We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on fashionflutters. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.
10. How do I check the current status of my order (s)?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with fashionflutters.com from “myaccount” section. In case you did not create an account then you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and we will be glad to assist you.
11. When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number or email to email@example.com.
12. What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned in the Item Description Page (where you can zoom and see the details of each item). It may differ from one item to another. Here is an explanation of delivery estimates:
Within 7days : For all key metros (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Calcultta), the delivery time will be within7 business days.
Within 10days : For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be within 10 business days.
Within 15 days : For other areas, orders will be sent by Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 10-15 business days depending on the location.
Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and Sundays.
13. How will my item be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
14. What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?
If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Call us immediately on our helpline number.
15. What is your Return Policy?
1. You can return any product that you have received as long as

- all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
